Baxter's structure only proves useful during life or death situations. His structure relies on his own blood, making his structure quite fragile. In order to use his ability he has to have an open wound and his blood has to make contact with the victim's wound. (ex: If he bit his tongue hard enough, and spat on a persons wound, he'd be able to heal and/or recesitate them.) Luckily, since he's O-, his structure can work on everyone but himself.

Unfortunately, if he uses his ability too much and he loses a ton of blood, he can die. He's had near death experiences from this.. way too many times..
